Where do we buy a chrome radiator grill to fit a 1929 4 door? Looking for the kind that we see attached to the front of the radiator.

There was no such Chevrolet accessory in 1929. The first and only year to offer an accessory radiator stoneguard was 1931. 1932 was the first year to incorporate a grille as part of the radiator shell.

By the way, in 1931 a radiator shutter was also offered as a genuine Chevrolet accessory as well.

I have the stone guard on my 1930 coupe, it's an aftermarket item. I bought it years ago from an ad in Hemmings. All I remember is the gentleman's name was Harlan Skaggs and he made stone guards to fit a variety of cars. Maybe someone knows if he's still in business.

Yep, Harlan made stoneguards for years and years. Haven't seen his ads for a long time however, so I don't know if he is still making the stoneguards or not. Unfortunately, some dudes that have seen the stoneguards that he made for 1929 and 1930 think that they are real Chevrolet accessories.
