I have the eng. out and the trans. removed but how do I get the bell housing and clutch off the eng. manual does not help...Virg
ps its a 50

You have to use end wrenches. Take the clutch off first. Then remove the flywheel. The you can unbolt and remove the bellhousing.

the eng. does not turn over so I guess I will have to take it all apart...not going to use it anyway...Virg

The further I go with this the more I'm thinking about just putting the 235 with the PG in the 50...I pretty well know the eng and trans is good from the 54 but not sure about the 3spd in the 50....will I have to cut some floor out if I use the PG and use a floor shifter like out of a Mustang and how about the rearend gears of the 50..will I have to change that...Virg
