When I bought my 1946 pickup the exhaust system ended past the muffler, the tailpipe and rear pipe hanger were long gone. I now have a new reproduction tailpipe and rear pipe hanger, but I'm not sure where and how the rear tailpipe hanger mounts to the frame. Anyone have any pictures or description on how Chevrolet installed the rear hanger? Thanks!

The rear hanger simply bolted to one of the lower bolts holding the left bumper bracket to the frame.

Thanks for information! I gave it a try, the more forward of the 2 bolts seems to work better, I'll keep it there. Thanks again!
