1925 superior K engine has excessive viberation at higher RPM's. Pulled oil pan every thing tight and looked OK, all cylinders firing. Any clues would help. Thanks Joe

We need more information before we can give a meaningful recommendation. Have you made any recent changes to the engine and flywheel? Confirm it is not missing by shorting out each cylinder one at a time. Has the leather come loose on the clutch?

Vibrates, when going down the road or when sitting still with the engine at an idle? or reved up?
most of these old cars have the engine and transmission bolted iron to iron and you may always have some vibration. How bad is it? do your eyeballs maintain a clear in focus image looking over the hood?

Is that clear focus over the hood after an all nighter rolling around under the engine or after a good nights sleep, they are not the same. Your vernacular description gave me a good chuckle, thank you - keep it up.

If you are able to get a clear enough focus only once in a while, you may consider it best to stay off of 2 lane highways and narrow bridges, unless you can maintain a crusin' speed of 75 to 80 MPH, in order to keep from having tire tracks scross the hood and top!
OH, I almost forgot, you will need a good vibration dampened set of rear view mirrors mounted on each door!

Dosen't have a cone clutch.. I can still see if I stay under 40 mph. Take it out of gear and the viberation leaves, so I think its back to the engine...

Just an idea, but did you notice if all the pistons are the same while the pan was off? Might vibrate of someone put an alum piston in with cast irons
