I think I have 99% of the engine leaks fixed, now the transmission is leaking!!. Looks like the back end where the large round nut tightens up from the torque tube to the transmission,or maybe a seal in the rear of the transmission. Any "fix it" ideas?

You could try to tighten the threaded ring or if that don't work drop the torqe tube and replace the seal

Is replacing the seal a big job?

The hardest part is bolting the u joint back together it will try your patiance. They made a special tool to help hold the 2 halves together while you get the nuts started I did not have this tool the first time I dropped the torqe tube and I just used a hack saw blade bent in the configuration I needed. I do have the tool now though. This will make more sence to you when you get it apart. I know you will do it because of how much you dislike the occasional oil drip wavey
