I don't think it was a VCCA car, I live about 15 minutes away and never saw or even heard of it. I was real busy at work the last few weeks and did not notice it I might have went for it I am going to contact the seller to see if it is still for sale. I picked up a 31 a few years ago but my real intention was to get a four cylinder one day
