I have a fairly complete '36 but have now located a '34. I realize the hood is different, but do the other body parts match up? Most importantly, the rear fenders as I need the RR. Both trucks need new wood of which neither KC or Rodman will tackle the issue. I do not yet have a Chevy book but Fathers' Day is coming. Any help is appreciated.

I would seriously doubt any body panels will interchange between the 2 models.

I have spoken with David Entler and have viewed photos of his work. Very high quality. Probably the direction I will go. Where does one find a RR fender or a seat? Boy, a needle in a haystack?? Thanks.

I have both the 2/3 front seat and 1/3 fold-forward seat from
a '36 Suburban. Make reasonable offer.

A NOS rear fender from that vintage panel/sub has been on
EBay Motors in the past. Kinda pricy as you'd expect. Go to
EBay Motors, separately type in the years for each 34,35,36
panel delivery, then each year for Suburban. If it's not been toooo long ago, it might come up. Just be patient and
continue to check EBay for another listing.

I'm not saying that our friend is wrong about the body panels
not interchanging, but see if a member has a parts book that
can verify that.

I know of a '36 panel just outside Chickasha, OK. I'll see
if I can find the man's name and phone # for you.

PS I also have other '36 Suburban parts: motor, trany, rr.
Mechanical condition unknown.

I'd have to check my books. I don't think the panel truck & the sub used the same seats, but I know someone who needs that seat for his 36 sub. I've sent you an e-mail....Joe

Everything from the cowl back should be the same on '34,'35,'36 1/2 ton panels. Same for Burbs and whatever swaps between the two. There is a panel in an old salvage yard up north somewhere, Wisconsin or Minnesota. My friend Roger knows where.

I assumed that the parts might match up... Any information you can provide on the 'salvage yard panel' would be appreciated. My two dire needs are a RR fender and seats. I can get by with the rest but would look to upgrade components as they become available. Thank you for your effort.

Do the 1/2 and 1 1/2 ton trucks use the same rear fenders? They appear to be the same in photos.
