I have a request from South Africa to find what year(s) of Chevrolet had a "dickie seat". This lady remembers riding in in just after WWII.

Its the name for a rumble seat.....last available in a Chevrolet in 1938 - first in 1928???

1927 had one for sure.

Second half of '27 had a Sport Cabriolet (top did not go down) that had a rumble seat. It carried into '28 and later in that year a Convertible Sport Cabriolet not only had a rumble seat but the top dropped too.
