If you are refering to a fitting to thread into the spark plug hole for checking compression - no.....You can make one by removing the porclain from an old spark plug and welding on an air fitting - or finding a compression gauge with tha cone shapped rubber tip for inserting into the plug hole.

Chev Nut: Thanks for your response.No, I was referring to a (restrictor) for maximising the vacuum from the intake manifold to the vacuum fuel pump. Page 130 of the Chevrolet Repair Manual.By the way ,if you would like an adapter for using 14mm plugs or comression tester.snyderantiqueauto.com p/n A-12505-adp $6.50 each. thanks trooper
