Just received a Chevy cowl With body# K-3555 tag. What was this cowl from????

jiaccino sorry for takeing so long with the #'s The numbers are Job# 8180 and body# k3555. Just like to know if it's for the 4 door model or 2 coach or what have you. I know that it is a 1928 but for what model??. Thank's
