Please look at this engine and tell me if I'm going crazy (er) or not. It don't look right to me. I emailed them as to what I thought was the problem. They ignored me. What do you think? Best, Charlie

The picture is backwards. Shows left side of the engine so the generator bracket shold be to the left and the deep part of the pan to the right. Other than that it could be a 261 - but the 1954 is not the same as the later.
It also shows the oiling connections for the full pressure oil filter which would make it a lare 261

Chevgene is right on. The dad-gum thing is bass-ackards. Seems they would fix the pic, specially, after I pointed it out to them. Its been on their site for al long time. Go figure.

ArtM, That looks like one of their 235s. That pic is OK.
