I'm not an expert, but I hope this will help. My 1922 490 has a Remy 366P. It has part number 41031 in the "Parts list, Four Ninety and Superior Models, effective on and after February 1st, 1924".
According to the Parts List the distributor houses differs between Remy models 350A, 366J/366M and 366P. I think you can use all Remy models. One thing that I think is important is which generator you have. I think that there can be differnt generator ends. I have an Auto-Lite GH Generator - Three Brush Type, part number 40089. As spare part for that, the Parts List states: "Use 811703 Generator plus 41031 Distributor and 811697 Circuit Breaker." 811703 Generator is in the Parts List the generator for 1923 Superior, I guess they are quite the same.
The four listed Remy models has a lot of parts in common. One thing that differs is that the Distributor Cam and Pin Assembly for model 350A is the "round corner type", the other models the "square corner type" (not completely square, of ourse). The corner type shall match the distributor arm. Distrubutor arm with punch mark at T4 is for the 350A, but you kan use it on the other models if you use the "round corner type". Distributor arm with punch mark at S-4 is for the other models, but you can use it on model 350A if you use the "square corner type".
In the Parts List there is another distributor assembly listed. It has number H 497, but no name. Maybe it was Connecticut? Models listed are 15S, 15T and 16. As spare part for the assembly the part list states: "Use 41031 Distributor, Plus H925 Generator Head Cap and Bolts".
