I have a 68 El Camino with column shift. I took apart the shift indicator with the spring, pointer etc. when I took out the dash assy. Anyone have the diagram on how it goes back together?
Thanks in advance

Broo, are you talking about how the small shift indicator cable hooks up to the side of the column? Jim

my manual doesnt show it.
Id like to know how the spring attaches to somewhere on the column to somewhere on the dash face, to get the orange selector finger to move when I shift.
Thanks
