Could some kind person tell me what year a WA-1 fits? It has a Carter Climatic Choke with the numbers 170M23S and the small brass triangle has a number that is very hard to read but it looks like 481. Someone gave it to me and the old fella wasn`t sure what it fit but it is brand new and never been installed.

Try - www.The Carbureator Doctor; you might see your carb; they show a WA-1 for a Hudson---don't know- just sounds like your carb. Fun Trying. David R.

I do know the WA-1 was used on a lot of Pontiacs starting from 1939/1940 up.

Check the Carter website as they have data on most carb models.

It turns out after a little research that this carburetor is for 1941-48 Oldsmobile six cylinders.
