Dose Anyone Know If The Oil Pick-up Screen Uses A Clip Or Something Of The Sort To Be Held On!?

A stiff wire is used. It has a hook at each end. The one end hooks into the hole on one side of the tin "cup" the screen sits in. On the other side there is a slot that the other end hooks into. It crosses under the screen

WTF Did mine go! Well guess im gonna have to try and make one! Is it pose to be a tight fit in the tin "cup" or dose it have as long as he stiff steel rim of the screen is in the "cup"

There is a small round gasket between the oil pump and the block. There is an oblong gasket with a round center hole and two side holes for screws. This gasket goes between the tin cup and the oil pump. Looks like a real small thermostat housing gasket.
