I moved to Oregon and now i want to sell the following California license plate "52 CHEVY" I can't put it on E Bay for 3 years does anyone have any ideas?

List it on Ebay the same way that scalpers sell tickets - they list a hockey card for sale and include a pair of tickets "free" with the purchase...
List something for sale at a reserve price for this particular car, could be a crusty waterpump and include a pair of "free" licence plates. Ideally find something to list that will make everyone look at your listing.

Thanks for the tip I have had this plate for 30 years and don't need it anymore and would like to sell it (yellow on blue). Thanks again.
