No Andy but you were close. It is the Korean war Memorial in D.C. taken on saturday morning by one of the internet news outlets. Kind of looks like the Frozen Cho. don't you think?

That was not my war either (USMC - VietNam 1/1/68 - 8/23/69) but I sure know the story. http://www.chosinreservoir.com/I've been to the Korean War memorial as well as the VietNam and WWII memorials on the National Mall. It's something that everyone should do if you can. Rich
