joeyk3950 here, don't know if I'm in the right place. Where do I go, or to who may I go, to findout if there were disabled or veterans license plates in New York State? Also is there a possible source for chevy dealer license plate frames or logos, or any memorabilia for two dealers in NYS, Dekalb&Stahl Chevy in Doldgeville, N.Y., and Bumbstead Chevy in Scenectedy,N.Y. Thanks joe N.B. NYS plates needed are for 1957
