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

From what I can find that is a very rare wheel. On civilian trucks it was used only on 1/2 ton "Stand-up and drive" type trucks. Like old milk trucks for city delivery as an example. Was not the same 18" wheel offerd as an option for conventional 1/2 ton trucks.....it was a stronger wheel .
