I have different oil filler caps on my two 1939 Chev engines and wonder which one is correct. Hope someone can tell me what each one is for so I can use the right one and maybe find a good home for the other. ![[Linked Image from i997.photobucket.com]](http://i997.photobucket.com/albums/af93/Headlighter/100_0296.jpg)

The one on the right is correct. The one on the left was not sold by Chevrolet.

The one on the right looks like the one on my 38 as well.

Thanks Chevgene and Tiny for confirming the right cap. The one with the handle does look quite nice on the engine since the handle lines up with the vent pipe when installed and seems like a good idea to grip easily if oily, but I'll set it aside and use the original one now that I know.
