I sent my check in to become a member,how do you know when you are a member. Is this done by Email or do I just keep trying to look at access denied sites. Just curious. I'd love to look at members rides.

You'll get a letter in the mail with all of the information. I got mine early this week.

Yes and you won't be able to go into the "MEMBER ONLY areas until we have enough information from YOU to look up your membership status. like your name (on the VCCA member application) and your VCCA number that will be assigned to you. As soon as you get the VCCA number it will help if you change your profile information and include your VCCa number. One of us can then verify your membership status and enable you to access the VCCA members areas on this site.
By the way Maxine37 You have been verified as a VCCA Member, and now have access to VCCA members areas and you should notice that you can now see members only stuff when you visit the site.

I applaud both of you in becoming VCCA members. Since it is the membership of VCCA that keeps this site active, pays the bills, etc. most of us feel those that benefit should also help tote the load. But there are freeloaders that must think we are stupid for letting them access all this information for nothing. What to open to the public or reserve for only VCCA members is a dilemma that we wrestle with.
