That is VERY aftermarket. Note it says Auto-Lite brand.
That is something I have never seen before. Manifold heaters were obsolete by 1934, being replaced by the hot water heater.
Chevrolet offered two different hot water heaters in 1934 + there were several aftermarket hot water heaters available.

I've got one in my stash somewhere. I never compared a gasket to see what years it would fit.
