Hello again, found that someone put small screws in to fill pin holes with a "dash" of silicone to seal in bottom of pan. Also there is a pin hole in one of the oil troughs!I think I can bring it to someone and have it welded.Do I have to worry about the heat from the welder distorting the pan?

I looked in the books and it appears the "cork packing" gaskets are different from my INTERNATIONAL SERIES and the UNIVERSAL.Being the 1930 Universal has longer ones.I dont really know...anyone out there that might know?

A 1930 oil pan will fit on a 1929 but the 1929 pan is completely different in configuration. I have a really nice 1929 oil pan.

Nope. The pan is really nice and it is fairly clean. It should be bead-blasted and then painted with the correct engine paint. For more information send me a PM or an email. My email is listed in my profile.
