While I know that the local VCCA region will probably host their annual picnic at Hershey again (which I have always really enjoyed), I was wondering if there would be any interest in a brief get-together of those of us who frequent this Chat Room at the AACA Fall Meet in Hershey this year? My idea would be just to get together for a half-hour or so to say hello and be able to put faces with Chat Room names. I was thinking we could just meet at the VCCA tent maybe on Friday, October 9th at noon? That way it would not create too much disruption for parts buying and selling and other activities.

Good idea about meeting each other but as for me I can not make it this year have family plans in NJ on the Hershey dates.

Maybe we could meet at the Thursday evening picnic with our Chat Room names on lapel nametags. Friday at noon also works for me.

I think the Friday is better many people only come in for just Friday and Saturday (the locals 3 hours away). We will be getting in on Tuesday

How about we put a sign at the VCCA tent reminding us to stop by on Friday at noon. Those that can make it will be there.
