Does anyone know of a source for a fuel pump rebuild kit for a 35 Chevy original glass bowl pump?

There are at least a half-dozen fuel pumps listed on ebay: http://shop.ebay.com/?_from=R40&_trksid=p3907.m38.l1313&_nkw=1935+chev*+fuel&_sacat=See-All-Categories
You will also find a replacement diaphragm there. That's about the only part that usually needs replacing.

My pump has missing parts inside, so I am going to get another pump and rebuild it with a fresh diaphram. Mike

Mike, If you don't find one on eBay or closer, I think I have a couple upstairs in the shop. Will get the boss to find them if you still are looking.
