Don't know where you live in Texas but there are experienced rebuilders in Arlington and Dallas that are VCCA members. If you what contact information email or PM me.

Don't know starter/generator rebuilders in Houston as I do my own. I am sure there are several. May also have one in the Livingston or Lufkin area. Check the yellow pages. Call and ask how many years they have been repairing Gen/Starter. If less than 30 go somewhere else.
