valve adjustment for 206 1936 is inlet valve clearance .006" when is warm and exhaust is .013" when is warm. to set 1,3,5 exhaust, and 1,2,4 intake when rotor is pointing fire on #1 distributor cap and BB on fly wheel is on pointer. 6,4,2, exaust and 6,5,3 intake, fire on #6 distributor cap.... OR BB on flywheel is on pointer and fire on distributor cap is on #1 set #1 then rotate one turn on fly wheel to BB check should point be #6 of on cap. set one at a time. Additonal info....

I run my 34 master (and my 28) with the clearance two thou wider, an old mechanic told me this stops the valves from burning and although tappets rattle a little I've now done over 50,000 miles without a valve grind, and use standard seats

I always set mine as per factory - with the engine completely warmed up. Never burnt a valve and folks always mwntion as to how quiet my engines are.
