Trying to remove the grille. Two of the screws on the plate in front of the radiator won't budge. Anyone have a good way to get these off. It is the screw right above the horn on each side.

Carb question... How do I get the brass fitting with the needle shoved through it off on the underside of the bowl lid? It looks like I would need a screwdriver split down the middle to get out of the way of the jet or am I missing something?

The "jet in the middle" is the needle and I assume you are trying to remove the seat. The needle should fall right out and just a screw driver with a wide blade is all you need.

To loosen the screws, place a sturdy screw driver in the slot and hit the (top) of the screw driver with a hammer a few times.
