Depending upon the model number, 1929-31. All three years used a CRJH-08, or a RJH-08 (the "C" designates that the carburetor was made by Chevrolet in the Bay City factory). In early 1929 the 125-S was used. The 136-S was used in late 1929, and in 1930-31 the model 150-S was used.

Yes, it is still a Carter.

Also, if the accelerator pump is long and skinny then the carburetor is either a 136-S or a 150-S.

Thanks Dog and Ken. Ken, How many carbs have you accumulated? Anyone want to trade a 28 carb for this one?

A nice, restorable 1928 carburetor is harder to come by than a RJH-08.

You bet and good luck on your project!

By the way, if you are interested in a nicely restored 1928 carburetor you might want to contact "Chipper" who posts on this site often.

Dog, I have 1 already.. This came on a 28 engine. It had a little adapter from carb to intake.
