Hellow,I am new at this.So here it goes.I have a 1928 chevy landau.today was the 1st time this year that i drove it, every thing seemed fine the first go around,then when I went to take it for a 2nd trip around the block,I put it in gear and started to go and something made a noise and the car stoped moving,I tried putting it in all gears and stiil would not move .I jacked the car up in the rear and took the axle houseing cover off.I found that on the right axle shaft,it moves, however at the differential side gear the end of the shaft does not turn neither does the gear. does this mean that my drive axle shaft is broke at the side gear or is there a pin or somthing that is broke , I cant see anything that looks to broken,and did not find any shavings or parts in side theaxle housing.Any help would be great, thanks Daren,
