Bob Knaak in Orange,California can reline your cone clutch. He also has pins and springs. He did the clutch on my 1914 Royal Mail and did a terrific job. His phone number is 714-633-9736.

Contact Lou Iaccino- A/K/A "Werever Kevlar Bands and Cone Clutches" He is in Hudson N.Y. His number is 518-828-5581. He did my cone clutch. Although I have not tested it yet, since the car is not back together, I have several acquaintances that have used his clutches successfully and speak highly of his work. John Maxam

Bob did the clutch for my '23 end of last summer. He was good to work with and it performs well. I did the clutch myself 10+ years ago, but I wanted to have a professional do it this time. We talked for quite a while on the phone and he gave me a fair amount if information. Just a warning, Kevlar is supposed to work very well as long as you do not get oil on the kevlar. My '23 is a driver, so it does get oil in that area.

If you do get oil on the clutch, wash it off with kerosene. Not sure if it would work good for leather but anything woven like asbestos it works great and was acually recommened by Borg and Beck on single disk clutches.
