Master or Standard...I have a new complete pressure plate for a Master. Cover, springs, plate, levers, etc.

If you are talking about a 1934 master then I have a NOS plate only. You would put this into your cover. It has a slight rust film from age. E-mail me if interested. bwbugay@aol.com

I do not know the model it cam from, I have only the engine and transmission. The engine is a 1934 GM and the transmission is a 1932 chevy car. I bought a flywheel and pressure plate for a 1931 but it is diffrent than what I have. I was hoping to switch out the pressure plate but the bolt pattern is different. I can send a picture of the plate to you! Thank you

The '31 should have four arms. The '32 and later have only three arms. None of the parts will interchange.
How Sweet the roar of a Chevy four!

How would you characterize the cracks as far as their width? Most of these Chevrolets with over 20,000 miles on them have some heat checking on their pressure plates and continue to give good service.

The cracks are running across the width of the plate I have two and the worst one extends about 1/2 the depth of the plate. Thank you for the advise.

Its common to find a little crazing but yours sounds to be more than that.
