Good rebuildable or rebuilt '28 Carter Carbs are getting really tough to find. Seems that a high percentage that are found have severe corrosion to the bottom of the cast iron body. So be careful when you buy one and check the casting. There are a few people that rebuild them but be careful as you can pay 10 prices and still not get a good job.

How Sweet the roar of a Chevy four!
