I have relatively good results by balancing the front wheels by the old tried and true method. Jack up the wheel. Make sure the brake band is not dragging. Loosen the wheel bearing until the wheel turns freely. Let the wheel find the heavy position and finish rotating. Select a weight (any) and install on the top of the wheel. Try again. If it found a new place add some more weight to the top. Continue till it does not stop at the same spot. Do the same to the other front wheel.
