Along with the 48 hour rule also comes "THE LOOK"! Now you've all experienced THE LOOK in some form or another, for some reason or another. It can be terrifying or as my wife found out very funny, well I thought it was funny. A a very young girl when we met seems one night yours truly was having too much fun with the boys when it was time to go. She comes in and goes LOOK, Not sure what that was I was taken by surprise but it dawned on me real quick and I was right on her heels with Was that THE LOOK? did you just give me the LOOK? Can you do that again? that was so cute! you sure looked scary and then I could not stop laughing, then I think she got mad and frustrated because she did the arms folded across her chest and did a Genie (I dream of Geanie) head bob and tried to make me disappear,ahh such a sweetie, boy I paid for that a long time which reminds me tomorrows Valentines Day and I think a romantic dinner at Dairy Queen is in order

I heard one of the girls on the Tennessee basketball team the other night say you didn't want coach Summit to give you the LOOK. Then they showed a picture of the LOOK. Pat Summit is some coach but she does have the LOOK.

The "LOOK" is a gender thing, the wife has it, she had it at age 16 when I met her and over the past 56 years she has improved and modified it to meet the ever changing conditions around here. The "LOOK" worked with the kids, and it still works with me. Speaking of dinner out, A local McDonalds used to have candle lit dinners, when I mentioned that out came the "LOOK".
