Sorting through parts that came with my 38 coupe. I have two decklid bumpers from Steele that are steel core, covered with rubber. They have two attaching holes and measure 1 1/2" X 3/4". One side is bent at a right angle, about 3/16 high.
Where do these attach to the trunk lid?
Thanks, Lou

Thanks Tiny, that helps a lot. Is it just a button head screw or bolt holding them in place?
Thanks, Lou

Mine were held in place with two small flat head metal screws. If your hinges are in good shape & the deck lid is aligned right you don't really need them anyway. I'm not putting them back on.
