I have a brand new floor from seat up to rumble seat. Holes were drilled to the rear of the new floor to allow nailing or screwing to the wood cross member at the beginning of the rumble seat floor section. There are no other holes drilled in the floor. I can see filled holes in the wood cross member under the front edge of the new floor (seat area). They appear large enough to have been screw holes. Should I drill the new floor along the edges and attach to the wood sub structure with wood screws and counter sunk washers, or should the floor be drilled and nailed?
