Well... I finally found some time and alittle more money (and some warmer weather) yesterday, and fired my AB up!!! Once it was back together, wasn't running the greatest, so I redressed the points and set them alittle wider (hard to get in there!) and tried it again and I think it started before I even touched the starter! All I have left now is to put my front hubs back together, set all the brakes and new tires and an exhaust and I will be hitting the highway. Well, I am going to go fire it up and and just sit and listen to it (with its little straight pipe!) Fourty years was nothing for this Chevy!

I now know and understand was you mean Chipper "How sweet the roar of a Chevy Four!"

I have a 1927 Chevy Capital AA 4 Door also a 1927 Chevy Touring car, a 1936 Chevy 1/2 ton and a 2010 Corvette LT3 Convertible and a 1953 Packard Caribbean. My tow car is a 2011 Suburban.
