Hey its me still trying to find parts for my 1/2 ton.The wood for my cowl and front door jam are gone.Cant make it work.All most 74 years old and needs help. Can any body tell me ware to get patterns to reproduce them? I can figure out the jam to fire wall and lower cowl parts from whats left.Still trying to figure out when the all steal cam in to the low roofs.mines was wood.can i yous 37 or 38s?Did they have steal jams?Thanks for any and all help!!

I don't believe you could easily transplant any steel jamb parts from a 37-38 cab. I don't know about the overall height of the cab, door, etc. but the windshield on your 36 lowroof is about 1 inch shorter than on a 37-38 truck.
