Is my 29 3 window coupe different from other 29s? The pedal floor grommets, and steering column grommet, specified for 29s that I got from well known suppliers, are nothing like what go in my 29 as shown in the picture at the web site posted below. Does anyone know of a source for the ones I need, or do I need to custom make these myself?

Hello ChevySix, my coupe has the same as yours does. Have you located any other '29 owners who will look at theirs? Since there was so many '29s made you would think that someone would have made those floor grommets or have a stash of them someplace. I have not actually started to restore mine yet but I am trying to have most everything on hand for when I do. We may have to make something as a replacement guide/seal out of a different material. Keep us posted as to what you find.

I today received the clutch and brake grommets that I purchased on Ebay for my 1929 Chevrolet 4-door sedan. (These were the only ones I've ever seen listed in the past year).
These parts came from Southern Rod Concepts, 1616 E Main, Olney, Il, 62450 Hope this information is a help to all of you....JIM
