I don't know of any production numbers for '29 Panel Delivery. There are not likely too many left as they were commercial vehicles, used as such and then discarded when worn out.

Do you have a Sedan Delivery (one rear door) or an Panel truck (two back doors)?
Production figures are at <http://home.znet.com/c1937/Prod.htm>.
There were 9640 Fisher Body Sedan Deliveries made in 1929.
Chevrolet did not make truck bodies until 1931 with the exception of cabs made starting 1926 Utility and a panel truck on the 27 LM chassis only. No half ton bodies till 1931.

Here is a link where you might get some help when asking there:

The 1929 Sedan delivery was also offered in a deLuxe version from Geneva Body Co, NY, and called the Ambassador. It had wood framing with steel outer paneling, imitation Spanish black leather upholstery, and mulit-tone finish. The body was medium- light blue on upper portions and dark blue on the lower portions. Hood, fenders and disc wheels were black An orange belt line panel set off the attractive color sceme. Has anybody seen such one or may be have a such one themselves?

Even if the times were depressed GM themselves started to make Sedan Deliveries in 1930, and more posh in the years to come.

Actually the Sedan Delivery was introduced by Chevrolet in 1928 and that body with modifications for longer wheelbase, different hood moldings, etc. continued until approx. April 1932 when the new Sedan Delivery was introduced.

Lou,
Sorry for the delay in replying I've been away. The Panel has one single door so I guess that makes it a sedan delivery. Thanks for the info.
