I am trying to disassemble the inner bucket (remove the reflector) without bending anything that shouldn't be bended. I backed out the adjuster a bit too far and now the spring and nut are rattling around in there. I see 2 clips on either side and one larger one at the top. I can get these undone but there doesn't appear to be enough clearance to get the reflector out to put things back together. I know there must be a way but I don't know what it is....yet. Thanks ~Kevin

Kevin,
The inner bucket assembly is only held in with three clips around the outside.

A small screwdriver undernieth them will spring them free from
the headlight housing, and allow you to remove the buckect assembly.

The reflector is held into the bucket by the two spring clips at the side of the reflector, and by the bottom clip attached to the bottom adjusting screw.
Squeeze the 2 side clips and the reflector will come free and allow you to tilt the reflector forward and slip off the bottom clip.

Thanks, Jack, I was concerned that when I spread the side clips there did not seem to be enough clearance between the reflector, tab at the end of the clip, and the side of the bucket to get it out without bending the reflector.. I will try harder tilting the reflector. It seemed the way you described was the right way, but it wasn't quite working out the way I expected. I will give it another try and let you know ~Kevin

... a bit later,
OK, now I get it, you have to fully compress the side adjuster to get the clip up high enough to clear the side of the bucket. Thanks again for the the help.
