I wanted to show off the dog leg body panel that I have finally been able to duplicate for the 1949-52 Chevy four door cars. I shouldn't take all the credit, it has taken months of working with a metal worker using an original panel that I had for a template to be able to duplicate the dog leg which so commonly rusted away on these cars. I only have the one piece at this time, you can see it on ebay, auction 220259821236. I'm not posting this trying to get people to bid, I am more interested in knowing how much interest there is in this piece. We are gearing up to make more of them now that we have learned the process and I am unsure of how many to produce on the first run.

I am interested in the dog leg repair parts for both sides, if the cost isn't too dear. I have seen something similar for the 2 door cars at about $155.00 a side. Mine are both gone, and the putty job a previous owner tried is atrocious!
