I received my medallions for my 1931 double bar bumpers from the Filling Station. I don't have the backing plates for the small medallions. Can anyone tell me:
#1 what the dimensions are
#2 are they made out of flat stock
#3 are they same for the front and back

The plates are 1" wide X 3" long X 1/4 " thick with a 21/64" hole in the center.
