Hi can anyone tell me the stock front and back track width for a 1940 Chevy Coupe. Thanks.

The overall width of the car with the sheetmetal - ie the absolute width of the car for all 1940 Chevrolet sedans, and coupes is 71 21/32" wide.

The rear tire dimension for all 1940 Chevy sedans and coupes is 59". This is a center to center dimension. It is measured from the center of 1 rear tire to the center of the other rear tire.

The front tire dimension for all 1940 Chevrolet sedans and coupes is 57 21/32". The is a center to center dimension. It is measured from the center of 1 front tire to the center of the other front tire.
