Does anyone have a modern or semi-modern paint match for 1935 truck #159 Boatswain Blue or #160 Brewster Green? My chips are so dark both look almost Black. I believe Wayne Martin (Paint Advisor from a long time ago) had some 1960's close matches for most paint codes...wonder what happened to his research?

Thanks for any help/leads!

Mike B :)

I had Jimmy Chips at Auto Color Library mix 2 colors for a couple of cars I have & they're as close to original as I can tell. They use old formulas & modern technology. They use a lot of the IM system which is the Inter Mix colors.....Joe

Mike,
I corresponded with Wayne way back in 1991 and he sent me color matches for 1935...but for passenger cars only! Sorry! The two colors you mention are commercial colors only.
Let me know if you'd like a copy of his passenger car color chart.
