Hi:

I would like to put some sort of Chevy identification on the side of my '28 Capital truck as I put it back together. I want the public to recognize my Chevy in parades and have no misconceptions involving the "F" word...as inevitably happens. Small, classy, hopefully period?

Any ideas?

Thanks

Don

Hi Don.
On my -26 Chevrolet 1 ton Truck I used the Chevrolet wheel and wings ornaments on the doors.
I copy it from the front side of Chevrolet Service News from january 1928

Thank you n2chev

I was on Hershey 1987 and meet Fred Moore ,MD and see his beautiful
1926 utility c cab.

After that I have made two of them after pictures ,video and dravings from Fred's truck.

What a vehicle!

The period emblem is something I will look at in detail. But if I can get my truck "close" to yours, I may not need it.

Simply put, the look you present is exactly what I want... in a word it is stunning, it is so beautiful. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Here you may have a look at the cars and all other Arvid have restored during the years: http://www.chevroletnorge.com/

The new club pages of Chevrolet Club of Norway also contain his cars on the front page: http://www.chevyclub.no

Enjoy!

Sometimes, we get so wrapped up in the details of this sport, that we forget the ultimate goal. Thanks for the inspiration.
