I need some advice from someone with knowledge of the 1934 Master Coupe.
I have a friend attempting to restore one, but was missing the trunk lid. He purchased one and asked me to help him install and align it. When we assembled the lid to the hinges that were in the car, it comes down a good 3/4 inch above the body opening. When we fit it to the opening without the hinges atteched, it appears to fit the opening, but it moves up at least 3/4 inch with the hinges. I'm wondering if it could be off something other than a Master or possibly a different year but don't have any knowledge of this model to fall back on.
Anybody have any ideas?
Thanks,

I can't give you any demensions but the lid fit 1933 and 1934 Master coupe, rumble seat coupe and cabriolet (convertible)
The top became the bottom when used on rumble seat models.
Perhaps some one with a 1933-34 coupe could measure theirs and give the demensions.
