Hi, It seems I spend a lot of time making sure my hub caps are tight and don't spin off. Was there a gasket or seal that gripped the hubcaps? Thanks.

There was no gasket or seal used on the hubcaps. You might want to purchase a 1929-32 Chevrolet parts book from the Filling Station. It lists all of the parts used on a 1929 Chevrolet and the book will give you a lot of information concerning parts and their applications.

wink :)

inspect the caps for fractures running radially thru the threaded portion of the cap. if the cap is not fractured, they usually stay put.mike
