The gauge cluster in my 38 coupe has a black background. Often I see gauge clusters for sale on Ebay that have a cream colored background. What is the correct color and does the model of the car determine the color?

Thanks for the information. I need to change that black background. Hopefully I can duplicate with a color closer to stock color.

If I remember right without going out to the garage to look, the color is similar to the Condor Gray on the dash but without the metallic.

It's the lighter color on your dash. The lower, darker, strip along the bottom is Plover Beige. The upper part is Condor Gray.
